This site collects personal information only when voluntarily submitted through the contact form or the call-booking form: your name, email address, and any message or project details you provide. No cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts are used on this site.
2. How Information Is Used
Submitted details are used strictly to respond to inquiries, confirm and schedule booked calls, and communicate about potential engineering or development work. Your information is never sold, rented, or used for marketing without separate consent.
3. Third-Party Processing
Booking and contact submissions are processed and stored using the following third-party services, each under its own security and privacy terms:
- Supabase, for database storage of contact and booking submissions.
- Resend, to send confirmation emails.
- Google Calendar API, to generate a Google Meet link for confirmed calls.
- Vercel, for site hosting and request logs.
Because these providers operate infrastructure outside Malaysia, submitted data may be transferred and stored outside the country as part of normal service delivery.
4. Data Retention
Contact and booking records are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or complete a scheduled engagement, and are deleted on request.
5. Your Rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and general international data protection practice, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data submitted through this site.
